BMA PlanningCarron + Walsh is providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services with respect to this commission. This project relates to the complete re-development of a section of the North Quay of Waterford.
The Total area of the North Quay Development site is 18.29 Acres/7.4 Hectares and will comprise of a basement carpark, a new build unique mixed-use lifestyle and recreational destination consisting of a large shopping mall with retail, food & beverage, cinema, new transport interchange, 4-star 200 bed hotel, offices, residential blocks, river boardwalk and visitor centre. The development will also include associated roads, infrastructure and connections to existing utilities and transport network.
