BDPCarron + Walsh provided Quantity Surveying and complimentary Project Management Services to this Community Centre Project in the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). .
The project has been delivered by a team with substantial experience in Rapid Build Schools, consisting of, Coady Architects, Downes Associates and BDP.
Lying within a designated SDZ, the Community Centre was constructed within a seven month programme, and to a strict budget.
Subject to fast-track planning, the Project timeline was programmed to be 15 months from submission of Planning Application to handover of completed building to the Client.
The development also consisted of an all weather sports pitch and surface car park.
