Public Realm Clonburris Joint Infrastructure Works

The project involves masterplanning Cost Estimates for the development of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone.

The site includes the development of approximately 10,000 houses along with ancillary requirements to accommodate this density of houses.  This includes development of parks, amenity areas, community buildings along with the required surface, foul and service requirements for the site.  The development also included for the development of roads, footpaths, cycleways etc.

The site is disected by a rail bridge and canal.  As a result of this, the development included the requirement of four separate bridges spanning the rail line / canal.
